St Paul’s Square, Liverpool

St Paul’s Square is the gateway to Liverpool's new Central Business District, a prime business quarter centred on Old Hall Street and Pall Mall.

The development comprises five buildings overlooking a stunning landscaped public square, which, in itself, has now become a new inner-city destination.  The first phase comprised 125,000 square feet of prime office space (pre-let to law firm Hill Dickinson), 50 apartments, a restaurant and a 400 space car park (clad in tropical hardwood from renewable sources), all overlooking the square.  Phase 2 has provided a further 133,000 square feet of Grade A office accommodation, incorporating the highest design standards and advanced technology to create a stunning landmark building which delivers significant savings in energy costs.
