The London Borough of Lewisham has granted planning permission for Lewisham Gateway - our major new town centre regeneration scheme.
The securing of planning permission for developments of this scale, particularly within London, is an increasingly challenging process, and this represents another significant milestone towards the delivery of one of our most exciting and high profile projects.
Lewisham Gateway will comprise up to a million square feet of mixed use accommodation, including residential, retail, office and leisure space.
